Introducing Tacho5Safe+: The next-gen downloading device

We’ve also launched the Tacho5Safe+, our most advanced tachograph downloading device yet. With upgraded memory, this tool offers increased storage capacity, giving you the flexibility to manage larger data volumes, especially now that roadside inspection rules have changed.

What makes it even more versatile is its dual connection capability: you can use it the classic way via USB cable or go modern with Bluetooth connectivity. This hybrid approach gives you total flexibility in the field – whether you’re downloading data on the go or back at the office.

Since January 2025, we’ve rolled out major updates to the TachoSafe Web PRO platform, focusing on automation, live insights and in-depth reporting.

Here’s what’s new:

• Automatic reports – Save time and gain control by scheduling regular reports that arrive directly in your inbox. Get key compliance and performance data without lifting a finger.
• Driver reports – Access detailed, exportable insights on individual driver behaviour, activities and compliance status, helping you make data-driven decisions.
• Enhanced LIVE function – The real-time monitoring feature has received a major boost. Now, you can see exactly where your drivers are and trigger manual downloads directly from the platform, ensuring your data is always current and complete.

These upgrades transform TachoSafe Web PRO into a dynamic management hub that gives you real-time visibility and actionable insights at any time.

A new manual downloading device with a built-in SIM card, TachoSafe Connect will automatically upload files to your TachoSafe cloud account, making compliance even more seamless. No cables, no extra steps – just plug in and go.

RDU+GPS (Coming August 2025)

We’re upgrading our Remote Download Unit (RDU) with integrated GPS tracking. This enhancement will provide not just remote data collection but also live location tracking, giving fleet managers greater visibility and control across the board.
